"Fitter.... Healthier.... Happier"

Jeremy Laviolette
Personal Trainer
Who am I?
Good question!
My name is Jeremy Laviolette, I have lived in Saskatoon for most of my life excluding roughly 9 years, which I was located in La Ronge until age 15. Which is nearly 2 and 1/2 hours north of Prince Albert.
As a child, I grew up playing every sport imaginable. You name it, I played it (may not have been that good though). When I was 4 years old, I was introduced to my first pair of skates and a hockey stick. I grew up on the ice, from attending morning free skate before elementary class to playing AAA Midgets for the Saskatoon Blazers and Junior hockey in Manitoba. When I wasn't on the ice during high school you could find me either playing football for the Bishop Mahoney Saints, trying wrestling or on the track.
Throughout the years, I found a love for pushing my body to new limits. I was first introduced to weight lifting in grade 8 and haven't been out of the gym for more then two days since.
I have spent years dieting and finding the unique foods that benefit my body and help me achieve the physique I want!
In the recent years of my life, I have found a new love that combines my competitive nature and willingness to workout. That is.... Crossfit!! I was apart of the Crossfit Brio Regional team that competed in Portland, Oregon for the chance to compete at the Crossfit games in California (now Wisconsin).
So why did I become a Personal Trainer?
Simply put..... to help people feel better at the end of the day! I believe that helping others achieve their health and fitness goals is one way I can give back to a society that has gave me so much!
